- Manage and coordinate the property acquisitions process from contract to closing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps.
- Conduct thorough title searches, examine title commitments, and resolve any title issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and review closing documents, including title affidavits, endorsements, and settlement statements.
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction closings.
