Due to expansion, they are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Admin Assistant to join their team. Located in North West London, this role offers on-site parking and a great work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the property management team
- Handle queries from utility providers and tenants
- Keep all tenant and provider information updated on CRM
- Check and process bills to ensure they are payable
- Notify councils and utility providers of tenant move-ins
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Deal with incoming phone queries and emails
