Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic inventories to keep records current and ensure that P&E is properly accounted nationwide.
- Assist employees on P&E inquiries, concerns and provide guidance as needed.
- Conduct physical audit for the transfer or relocation of P&E.
- Conduct physical audit for the accountabilities turn-over of a resigned employee.
- Provide list of accountabilities requested by departments or employees.
- Support Equipment Service Request queries from sites and other projects nationwide.
- Monitor and consolidate P&E subject for return from sites and other projects nationwide.
- Prepare monthly reports on replaced and returning P&E from sites and other projects.
- Conduct internal inspection for damaged P&E and process possible warranty/insurance claims if any.
- Inspect and monitor physical inventory of P&E subject for disposal.
