Job Description
A. Property and Asset Management
◦ Maintain an updated inventory of all buildings, equipment, tools, furniture, and fixtures.
◦ Monitor asset condition and recommend repair, replacement, or disposal as necessary.
◦ Oversee procurement requests related to property and maintenance.
B. Facility Maintenance and Operations
◦ Implement daily monitoring of classrooms, offices, laboratories, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
◦ Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural components.
◦ Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as water, electricity, internet, and HVAC systems.
◦ Respond to repair and maintenance requests efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
