Rochester - covering postcode area across Dartford, Bromley, Croydon and Medway
£27,000 plus Company Van (caged) and Fuel Card

As a Property Maintenance Assistant (Clearance), you’ll work across the South Coast, supporting property maintenance by carrying out a range of clearance tasks. This includes house and garden clearances, fly-tip removals, gutter cleaning, and basic void works to help get properties ready for re-letting.
