Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, and marketing channels.
- Handle both property sales and rental transactions.
- Promote and sell residential and off‑plan property projects.
- Manage rental listings, inquiries, and tenant‑landlord requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, calls, and property presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
