Solicitor or Legal Executive – Property Damage, Subrogated Recoveries, Coverage – Birmingham
We’re recruiting Solicitors or Legal Executives at various levels to handle a diverse range of cases, including property damage, subrogated recoveries, and coverage disputes stemming from insured perils such as fire and flood damage. The team also tackles product liability and complex litigation related to insurance coverage. There is also the opportunity for the successful candidate to get involved in other areas of litigation arising out of legal expense insurance.
