Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required
- 2–5 years of experience in property or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection)
- Willing to work on-site and handle operational concerns
- Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned to Trece Martires City, Cavite
