JOB SUMMARY:
Operations Assistant – Registration supports the Registration Team Lead by performing; 1) accurate preparation of documentary requirements necessary to process the Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title and Tax Declaration and 2) qualifies taxes and ensures it is paid on-time to avoid penalties and delinquencies.
It is expected from the specialist to send daily productivity report to his/her team lead, regularly gives feedback with regards to the process, issues and concerns in relation to title transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end titling processes, includingpaymentofRPT, CWT, DST, and othertaxesrelated to property titling.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely processingoftitle-related documents.
