Job description:
- Ensure that all building equipment are operating at their specified operating hours.
- Assist all technical personnel on the specification of all equipment and maintenance programs.
- Oversee the implementation of technical personnel’s activities and equipment service providers’ maintenance programs.
- Facilitate and implement all maintenance contract and agreement for all critical equipment.
- Provide sufficient stocks for all repairs and maintenance materials and implement stock card system for proper documentation.
- Monitor & record all utilities consumption (electricity, water and diesel fuel) and compare utilization with the approved budget.
- Implement the Energy Management Plan for coordination with the building representatives as well as the contractual technical personnel.
