Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Property Executive to be based at Parkway Parade.
Responsibilities- Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within design efficiencies and smoothly.
- Understand and be familiar with Corporate’s requirements, policies, standards and procedures.
- Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services and M&E systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times.
