Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Estate Executive to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of property. Reporting to the Estate Manager, you will ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards while managing administrative, financial, and contractor-related functions.
Key Responsibilities- Estate Maintenance: Oversee all upkeep activities and conduct thorough, routine inspections of common areas to ensure effective management and aesthetic excellence.
- Operational Support: Execute full maintenance, administrative, and financial functions under the supervision of the Estate Manager.
- Contractor Management: Liaise with and supervise onsite contractors and vendors. Verify that all service delivery meets contract requirements, schedules, and agreed KPIs.
