Job Description
What this job involves: The Property Executive are the key front line of the Contractor in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, and including supervision to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently. Assist the SFM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the Core Team but not limited to the following:
- in all site measurement and records,
- uploading of field data to the computerised FM system,
- planning of works and services including considerations for improvement works, and
- controlling the resourcing and support of subcontractors and specialists.
