Industrial building (near Ubi MRT Station) looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Property Executive. Duties & Responsibilities
:
. . Manage daily property operations . Coordinate the maintenance of the building facilities & services
. . Conduct site inspections to ensure all contract works/routine servicing are carried out accordingly
. . Review all contracts/service agreements and invite quotes/tenders
. . Coordinate and attend Council and General Meetings
. . Handle tenants' enquiries . Attend any emergencies or incidents as and when needed Requirements
:
. . B1/B2 experience preferred and able to work independently . Positive working attitude
. . Good communication and interpersonal skills . Computer knowledge (Windows/ Microsoft Office) . No medical barriers and physically fit
