This is a key role supporting homeowners and sharing owners, providing guidance, resolving enquiries, and managing the administration of property factoring services.
What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for owner enquiries, providing clear, friendly, and professional support.
Manage factoring administration including records, correspondence, invoicing, and statistics.
Support debt recovery processes and manage high-value arrears cases.
Assist with major works projects, homeowner welcome packs, and shared equity administration.
Collaborate across teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver quality services.
