Job Description

We are working with a well-regarded London law firm looking to appoint a 4–6 PQE Property Litigation Associate into its established disputes team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine responsibility, and close exposure to experienced Partners within a supportive and collegiate environment. The role offers a broad caseload, strong client contact, and the chance to play a visible part in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload spanning both commercial and residential property disputes, with work including:

  • Landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential)
  • Lease renewals and related statutory matters
  • Dilapidations and service charge disputes
  • Possession and forfeiture proceedings
  • Property-related insolvency and lender-side matters
