Property Litigation Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Birmingham City Centre, £45,000+ (DOE) – Are you a driven Solicitor with at least one year’s experience in Property Litigation? THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for managing your own caseload.
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters.
- Representing both individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters.
- You will have a varied caseload of property litigation matters including commercial lease renewals, residential landlord & tenant disputes (such as possession claims and enforcement), Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues, and boundary disputes.
