Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Property Management Executive to support our property portfolio in Dubai. You will manage property operations, tenant relations, and vendor coordination while ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily property operations and maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
- Support leasing, renewals, and rent collection
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
- 5+ years in property management or related role
- Knowledge of UAE real estate and leasing processes
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, property management software, and CRM tools
- Valid UAE driving license and car
