Job Summary
We are seeking a Property Management Executive to support the operations and expansion of our co-living portfolio. The role involves property sourcing, tenant management, operational coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of residential units.
Key Responsibilities- Source new residential units and liaise with landlords to expand the company’s co-living portfolio
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Manage tenant onboarding, check-in/check-out, renewals, and tenancy-related matters
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and vendor services to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and occupancy readiness
- Handle tenant enquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
