Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
1) Coordinate with real estate brokers and agents to lease out vacant units efficiently
2) Monitor rental market conditions and recommend leasing strategies
3) Handle tenant inquiries, move-ins, move-outs, and renewal coordination
4) Supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
5) Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, building administration, and service providers
6) Ensure all properties are maintained in excellent condition and ready for occupancy
7) Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance issues
8) Manage inventories, furnishing, appliances, and unit turnover preparation
