Job Description
1. Property Operations & Maintenance
- Supervise day-to-day property operations including building maintenance, utilities, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers for repairs and improvements.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and waste management standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure lease compliance.
