About the role:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio, ensuring strong operational performance and a high level of service to both landlords and tenants. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining portfolio stability and tenant satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Handle dispute resolution processes, including preparing and attending QCAT hearings where required
- Ensure all tenancy documentation is prepared and maintained in line with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008
