With a strong property management team, you will form an integral part of both the company and asset makeup.
The Role:
Monday to Friday, this is your chance to lead a small team on-site and work with both existing and potential tenants.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaise with both owner and range of tenants
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Management of leases and be a part of high level lease management and negotiations
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
