The Opportunity
- Manage a clean and well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 160 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Handle routine inspections, entry and exit reports, lease renewals, and rent reviews
- Coordinate maintenance requests and manage rental arrears effectively
- Contribute to portfolio growth through exceptional customer service and client retention
