Property Manager (Commercial Building) Job Responsibilities Manage the overall operations and maintenance of assigned commercial properties. Ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and building services. Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programmes. Lead and supervise service providers, contractors, and site personnel. Monitor building performance, utility consumption, and maintenance budgets. Manage tenant relations, feedback, and fit-out works. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety requirements, and company policies. Plan and execute asset enhancement initiatives, major repairs, and replacement projects. Respond to building emergencies and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial property or facilities management.
