Job Description

Pear Recruitment – Property Manager – West Drayton Salary £30,000 – £35,000 Working hours Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30 Full licence and car required.

An award-winning independent estate and letting agents is currently looking for a self‑motivated and talented Property Manager who can contribute to their team looking after a portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities

  • Co‑ordinating the department's work on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Bringing on new contractors.
  • Managing contractor relationships.
  • Managing own property portfolio, including referencing, move‑ins, jobs, updating landlords, property inspections, etc.
  • Ensuring Property Management software systems are kept up to date.
  • Ensuring landlords and tenants are kept informed.
  • Ensuring all regulatory requirements (GSC, Deposit registrations, etc.) are met.
  • Being the first port of call for serious tenant/property management issues....
