Location: Remote
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pacific Time, 5 days/week (8-hour shift with a 1-hour break; includes weekends, two weekday days off). Camera on throughout the shift, with screen-activity monitoring — see How We Work below.

Bijou Getaways is a 42-property luxury short-term rental portfolio across five markets — Maui, St. John (USVI), Napa Valley, Miami, and Paris / South of France. We own the properties and operate them, so guest experience and property performance are everything to us. The team is fully remote and Latin America–based, and we run lean and tech-forward on Monday.com, Guesty, Expedia and other OTAs, Slack, Make.com, and Claude/AI.
