Casacol has been operating short-term rentals, furnished apartments, and boutique hotels in Medellín for over 10 years. We manage 500+ properties in El Poblado and Laureles for local and international investors who trust us with their assets, guest experience, and returns.
We're looking for a Property Manager who is proactive, highly organized, service-driven, and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who walks into a building and notices what needs fixing, what needs improving, and what needs a conversation — and follows through until it is solved.
