Job Summary
The Property Manager at NEON ensures seamless day-to-day operations across NEON locations by managing office systems, facilities, and front-facing services that support staff, members, and community partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for two NEON locations, ensuring smooth operations and a positive member experience.
- Manage leases, shared space agreements, and building policies in partnership with leadership.
- Provide front-line support to staff, co-working members, and the public, addressing inquiries and service needs.
- Coordinate mail, courier services, meeting room scheduling, and shared space usage.
- Maintain accurate member records and support daily co-working operations.
- Manage meeting room and food hall scheduling, documentation, and logistics for NEON Collective Kitchens.
