Responsibilities- Responsible as overall on Premise person-in-charge for property management services
- Responsible for smooth building / facilities management operation
- Responsible for incident control, management, activation of rightful parties for incident response and timely reporting / escalation
- Responsible as Site Main Controller (SMC) under CERT team setup
- Represent clients on Contractors management and to ensure Contractors safety compliance.
- Responsible for maintenance and upgrading activities including power shutdown for HT/LT servicing/genset load test, cyclical replacement works from planning, execution till defects closure.
