Purpose of the Role
To support the General Manager for property-related matters for the occupiers and service partners
Ensure excellent relationships and world‑class customer service levels are achieved at all times.
Execute Savills PM policy of providing an innovative, operationally efficient and economically competitive commercial environment for occupiers whilst enhancing the investment value of the asset for the landlord.
To work with the GM to ensure the day‑to‑day management of the building, and to help create and support future operational and technological requirements necessary to ensure the building remains at the forefront of its competitors.
Key Responsibilities
