OutsourcedIn is partnering with a leading Sydney-based property management agency to hire an experienced Property Manager Support professional to join their growing remote team. This is a fully remote, home‑based role supporting a NSW residential portfolio. There is no fieldwork involved – on‑ground staff handle inspections and site visits. Your focus will be on end‑to‑end property management support, tenant and landlord communication, compliance, and administrative coordination. Remote | Full-Time | Work From Home | Australian Real Estate Experience Required. AU Residential Real Estate (NSW) Experience Is Mandatory.

Tenant & Landlord Support
- Handle tenant and landlord enquiries via phone and email
- Manage rental applications, lease preparation, and renewals
- Process maintenance requests and coordinate with trades and service providers
