We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee a newly renovated studio apartment community in Tallahassee.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a modern, high-demand property and play a key role in stabilizing occupancy and driving performance.
The property is currently in its final stages of renovation, with all units expected to be fully operational by June 2026.
This role will be instrumental in leading the lease-up and ongoing operations.
