Job Description

  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio Town Council (AMKTC)
  • Working days: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm (Mon-Fri). Able to work beyond normal working hours (5-day work week) and on weekends/PHs where required
  • Junior: $2,800- $3,200 + HP allowance + VB + AWS.
    Senior: $3,500 to $3,800 + HP allowance + VB + AWS
Job scope:

This role includes overseeing property upkeep, managing residents/tenants feedback and enquiries, supervision of pest management, estate inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, leads the proper administration of the division, including cost management, verification of work done and performance management of vendors.
