Job Description
Provide facilities management services in various locations around Singapore. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
Supervise upgrading projects that you are assigned to.
Carry out work plans and programmes in accordance with Client's guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and statutory requirements and attend to feedback, complaints and services as requested by the Client.
Submit reports for incidents, replacement works recommendation, general repairs and redecoration status to the client.
Follow up to close defects with contractors for findings in Periodical Structural Inspections, Periodical Façade Inspections, Fire Safety inspections, Technical Audit inspections.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
