Job Title Property Officer Job Description Summary Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns. Job Description About the Role:
- Coordinate with contractors to maintain the common areas such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural work, as well as improvement and cyclical projects at public housing flats in designated Town Councils
- Conduct inspections on the ground and to follow up with the contractors on the rectification of the defects
- Follow up with issuance of works orders to contractors and to check on rectification of works and process payments
- Engage and manage with residents' feedback and to carry out call back service when the defects are rectified
