Six Degrees is partnering with a Queensland Government client to recruit AO4/AO5 Leasing Officers & Leasing Coordinators to support the delivery and management of government accommodation and leased property portfolios.
AO4/AO5 Leasing Officer / Leasing Coordinator roles $60.05 - $69.21 per hour + super Brisbane CBD location Immediate start 3-month contract with possible extension Our client is seeking candidates with experience in commercial property, leasing, tenancy coordination, facilities management, accommodation services, property administration to support a busy government property team. You will work with internal teams, external stakeholders and property-related systems to assist with lease administration, portfolio coordination, reporting, correspondence and stakeholder advice.
