About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable PropertyOperations & Leasing Executive (Co‑Living) to support the day‑to‑day running of our co‑living studio portfolio. This role is hands‑on and involves maintenance coordination, tenant onboarding, and leasing administration. You will work closely with the Director and be a key part of keeping our units safe, well‑maintained, and tenanted.
This role does not require CEA registration. All leasing tasks are administrative/logistical.
Key Responsibilities Property Maintenance & Facilities- Coordinate vendors (cleaning, aircon, pest control, handyman, locksmith) and check completed work
- Maintain a compliance/servicing calendar across all units
- Conduct or schedule periodic unit inspections and flag safety issues
