Job Description
This forward thinking law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Property Team. The firm is keen to hear from candidates at 2 years PQE and upwards who have experience in commercial property or residential conveyancing. You will be involved in all aspects of property work and some of your duties will include:
Advising clients on all matters relating to the purchase, sale, remortgaging and transfer of residential and/or commercial propertyNegotiating missivesAttending to registration of title and voluntary registrationsNegotiating commercial leases both for landlords and tenantsAble to advise on all aspects of commercial and/or agricultural conveyancingNegotiating Share and Asset purchase and sale agreementsShareholder & Partnership Agreements, Service AgreementsCommercial fixed and floating securitiesThis is a friendly firm that offer genuine career prospects.
