Responsibilities
- Market, promote, and sell Cathay Land properties through ads, booth manning, open houses, and participation in various marketing initiatives.
- Provide clients with assistance/updates on prices, inventory, legal and/or documentary requirements, and other related aspects.
- Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective clients, up to after-sales service.
- Build and maintain positive and favorable networks and business relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure future sales.
- Meet sales targets.
- Other Duties — Sales Generation, After-Sales Support and Network Building.

- Able to send daily activity reports to upper sales management.
