Youwillworkunderthesupervisionoftheseniorpropertystandardsandemptyhomesofficertoinvestigateandresolvecomplaintsofpoorhousingconditionsandundertakeinspectionsofcaravansitesandtakeappropriateenforcementactiontoensurecompliancewithappropriatelegislationandregulatoryrequirements. YouwillalsoberesponsibleforthemaintenanceofthePrivateSectorHousingteamscomputerisedrecordssystems.
