Property Tenancy role with a twist!

5 weeks annual leave and Work from Home Options

This opportunity is one out of the box and could suit someone with property tenancy experience, real estate, recruitment, account management (leveraging transferable skills) and or sales experience. We say this as you will be use to taking accountability for your own work, entrusted to work hard to place people into brand new housing developments that meet community demand for the gap between privately owned homes and social housing.

In this busy role you will undertake the following:

  • Advertise and screen potential tenants.
  • Maximise occupancy for newly developed housing and hit targets.
  • Undertake property inspections.
  • Make critical decisions as to property allocation.
