Leading the proposal production process (with oversight of Proposal Manager). Work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate and prepare proposal responses to Expressions of Interest (EOI); Requests for Qualifications (RFQ); Requests for Proposal (RFP); and Requests for Information (RFI), Responsible for reviewing and interpreting RFP and RFQ documents and determining requirements for successful proposal submission.
