Position Summary
The Proposal Engineer is responsible for complete technical proposals and technical negotiations with customers resulting in a signed-off technical specification for new build capital contracts. Coordinates technical design activities and economic optimizations required for competitive technical proposals. Responsible for the preliminary design, engagement of subvendors, and cost summary for bought out components.
