Manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines. Review inquiry documents (RFQ, ITB, tender packages ) thoroughly and become fully familiar with scope, specifications, contractual terms and submission requirements. Interpret contractual and commercial requirements highlighting risks, deviations, and exclusions. Develop preliminary designs using PVelite for thickness verification and prepare MTOs when required to support estimation. Flange de‑rating shall be checked in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1, Clause UG‑44(b). Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, fabrication, testing, painting, packing and delivery, etc. Obtain and evaluate vendor/supplier quotations for bought‑out items and subcontracted works. Interface with engineering, procurement, planning, quality and production departments to collect input for accurate estimation and scheduling.
