Job Summary:
We are looking for a Proposal Writer to develop clear, persuasive, and strategic responses to RFPs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality proposal submissions, and maintaining content repositories to support ongoing proposal efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze RFP documents and align responses with sales strategies.
- Write client-focused, compelling, and strategic proposal responses.
- Research complex or non-standard questions with internal SMEs and resources.
- Complete questionnaires using standard knowledgebase content and tailor responses as needed.
- Review and edit drafts for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure proper formatting and completeness of all proposal documents.
- Gather and include relevant exhibits and supporting materials.
