The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, commercial insight, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and develop winning strategies in a competitive bidding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise & review a number of proposals
- Provide recommendations for budget preparation
- Review of estimation processes
- Focal point for client, partner & sub-contractors
- Recommend bidding strategies
- Implement agreed strategies & set procedures
- Provide input to motivate, train, develop & appraise staff
- Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard
