Job Description
We are currently looking for a Protection Engineer Relay Systems for one of our clients in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities: Configure, test, and commission protection relays for LV & MV switchgear systems. Develop and implement protection schemes based on project and operational requirements. Perform relay coordination and protection studies to ensure system reliability and safety. Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and site testing activities. Diagnose and troubleshoot protection system issues during testing and commissioning stages. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with standards. Requirements Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in switchgear protection systems and protection relays is mandatory. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with numerical protection relays such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or similar brands.
