Job Overview

Project Support Office (PSO) Protégé – a role that provides hands‑on experience supporting retail store build, renovation, and rollout projects across the country.

Responsibilities

  1. Bill of Quantities (BQ) Review & Project Coordination – review and verify Bills of Quantities against project specifications, drawings and site progress; identify discrepancies, quantity variations and potential cost overruns for escalation to the Project Manager.
  2. Regulatory Documentation & Permit Management – coordinate project‑related documentation, permits and applications; liaise with councils, landlords, contractors and regulatory bodies to obtain timely approvals.
  3. Document Control & Records Management – maintain a structured document management system for project records, ensuring version control, tracking and easy retrieval for reporting and audit purposes.
