Progen Foods is a food technology company focused on developing high-quality plant protein ingredients from indigenous Indian crops. We are looking for an R&D Executive to take ownership of the protein stream at Progen Foods. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, optimization, and scale-up of plant protein ingredients, with a focus on improving process efficiency, product quality, and functionality. This is a hands-on role that involves working across laboratory, pilot-scale, and manufacturing environments while collaborating closely with the founding team.
